The Wilson Talent Center Motorsports Team recently revved up for competition at the Battle of the Schools races, held at the Darana Dragway in Milan, Michigan. The event provided students with an exciting opportunity to put their technical skills to the test—and experience the thrill of motorsports firsthand.

Among the standout moments of the day was Kaden R., a student in the Precision Machining program, taking third place in the finals. From vehicle prep to race strategy and team support, every student played an important role in making the day a success.

The WTC Motorsports Team is more than just fast cars—it’s a real-world, career-connected learning experience. Students gain insight into automotive technology, engineering, machining, and teamwork while applying what they’ve learned in the classroom to real-world performance.

As engines roared and tires burned rubber, one thing was clear: these students are driven to succeed.
