This December, students in the Educational Careers program at Wilson Talent Center flexed their creative muscles with a fun and practical classroom challenge: designing eye-catching bulletin boards that promote positivity, inclusion, and student engagement.

The result? A hallway full of color, connection, and clever messaging.

From a snowman-themed “We Are As Unique As Snow” board, to a gum-ball inspired “Wel-Gum to a New Year,” and even a vibrant rainbow encouraging others to “Be the Rainbow in Someone Else’s Cloud,” these student-created displays showcase the heart and humor of future educators in action.

These kinds of projects help build real-world classroom confidence—encouraging students to think about how every detail of the learning environment can help foster belonging and joy.
