The Wilson Talent Center bid a fond farewell to four extraordinary staff members—Deb, Mick, Rae, and Jorge—who are retiring after a combined 105 years of service to Ingham ISD.

During a staff meeting, two of the retiring team members were present for a special musical tribute. Former Automotive Technology instructor Scott Westenberg returned to perform a song written just for the occasion, celebrating their incredible contributions and the lasting relationships they built with students and colleagues alike.

Whether in classrooms, labs, or behind the scenes, these educators have shaped futures, supported growth, and made WTC feel like home for generations of learners. Their legacy isn’t just in years served—it’s in lives touched.

Congratulations, Deb, Mick, Rae, and Jorge. Thank you for the dedication, heart, and humor you’ve brought to the Wilson Talent Center. You will be deeply missed!
