Wilson Talent Center’s Boss Mode Boot Camp #4 invited students to press pause on their day-to-day routines and reflect on their personal and professional growth. Led by Ryan Bushnell of Block Imaging, the session focused on the theme “Write Your Story” and encouraged students to take ownership of their journey—both in school and beyond.

Through honest conversations, vulnerable storytelling, and actionable takeaways, students explored how to “Do the Next Right Thing” in their lives, shaping their own narratives as future professionals, leaders, and change-makers.

Two students in attendance, Kaleb and Emillieo, are seniors in the WTC Engineering Program and currently participating in work-based learning with Block Imaging. Their presence reinforced the day’s message: real-world experience and self-reflection go hand in hand when preparing for success.

These boot camps don’t just build resumes—they build resilience, confidence, and purpose. And that’s what Boss Mode is all about.
