On February 12, 2020, Sierra Bellingar stood in maroon scrubs, gloved up and ready to perform her very first phlebotomy blood draw as a student in Wilson Talent Center’s Medical Assisting program.

Exactly six years later to the day, her younger sister Savana—now in the same classroom, in black scrubs—completed her first blood draw in the very same program.

It’s a story that spans six years, two students, one family—and a whole lot of inspiration.

After graduating from Wilson Talent Center, Sierra launched her career as a Medical Assistant and later advanced to become a Registered Nurse. She’s now thriving in healthcare, but even more importantly, she’s cheering on her little sister every step of the way.

For the Bellingar family, education runs deep—and so does encouragement. From first blood draws to bright futures in healthcare, this full-circle moment is one we won’t forget.
