Preparing for life after high school can feel overwhelming, but the Senior Springboard event made it a little easier—and a lot more exciting—for students across Ingham County. Hosted in partnership with the Capital Area College Access Network, Lansing Community College, and Capital Area Michigan Works!, the event connected graduating seniors with employers, college representatives, and career prep professionals.

From resume advice and job leads to college info sessions and Q&A panels, students had the chance to explore a wide range of possibilities—all in one place. The event’s mission? To help every student feel seen, supported, and ready to move forward with purpose.

Senior Springboard is part of Ingham ISD’s broader effort to ensure every learner is equipped with the tools and confidence to succeed beyond graduation.
