The Ingham ISD community is honoring the life and legacy of Denise Lycos, an educational leader who dedicated 47 years to serving students and families in special education. Her kindness, compassion, and unparalleled commitment to education inspired countless individuals and transformed lives.

Denise’s work was instrumental in creating inclusive learning environments that supported students of all abilities. Colleagues, students, and families remember her as a champion of education who always prioritized the needs of others. Though she is no longer with us, her influence will continue to shape the community for years to come.
