Planning for life after high school just got a little easier thanks to the Transition Fair hosted at Lansing Community College’s West Campus. The event brought together students with IEPs or 504 Plans from across local school districts to learn about technical programs, postsecondary options, and community resources available to support their next steps.
Through presentations, interactive sessions, and guided discussions, students gained practical insights into career pathways—from skilled trades and tech fields to college readiness and workforce preparation.
Events like the Transition Fair ensure that all students, regardless of learning needs, feel equipped and empowered to envision their futures with confidence and clarity.
