Making Memories, One Bubble at a Time

Sometimes the best school days are the ones that simply invite everyone to laugh.

Last week, students and staff at Heartwood School celebrated summer with an energetic foam party that transformed an ordinary day into an unforgettable experience. As music filled the air and mountains of foam covered the play area, students jumped, danced, played, and shared countless smiles with classmates and staff.

The event wasn't just about the bubbles—it was about creating moments of joy, belonging, and connection.

Throughout the celebration, staff members joined right alongside students, encouraging participation, sharing laughs, and helping everyone enjoy the experience in a safe and supportive environment. Those shared moments are an important part of what makes the Heartwood community special.

Events like the foam party provide opportunities for students to build relationships, practice social skills, and simply enjoy being kids. Whether it was running through clouds of foam, dancing to favorite songs, or laughing with friends, every moment contributed to a positive school experience that students will remember long after summer ends.

As a new school year approaches, the memories made during this celebration serve as a reminder that learning communities are built not only through academics, but also through shared experiences that help students feel connected, valued, and excited to come to school.

Sometimes, a little foam can make a big impact.
