The Healthcare Heroes summer camp at Wilson Talent Center wrapped up with a full week of hands-on learning and fun. Each day focused on a different area of healthcare:

  • Monday: Infection control and handwashing

  • Tuesday: CPR training

  • Wednesday: First Aid

  • Thursday: A special guest speaker, Dr. Amy Bacon from Gift of Life, shared insights and stories from the field

Throughout the week, students explored real-world topics, practiced new skills, and connected with healthcare professionals. It was an energizing experience for these future healthcare heroes—and it might just spark a lifelong passion!

Recently, Wilson Talent Center students in the Criminal Justice and Cybersecurity & Digital Forensics programs celebrated senior send-offs filled with recognition, encouragement, and lessons from professionals already working in the field. At Wilson Talent Center, students gain hands-on experience across 20 career-focused programs designed to help them build real-world skills and confidence for life after high school.
