Career journeys often come full circle—and that was the case for Brittany Bird, a Wilson Talent Center graduate and Area Manager with Sports Clips, who recently returned to the classroom that helped launch her career.

Brittany led a clipper cutting class and gave a career presentation to current WTC Cosmetology students. She demonstrated cutting techniques, offered industry insights, and shared employment opportunities within Sports Clips—all while reflecting on her own path from student to salon professional.

For students, the session was more than just a demo—it was a reminder that their dreams are within reach. Connecting directly with someone who once sat in their chair added authenticity, inspiration, and energy to the experience.

Hands-on learning + real-world role models = career-ready confidence.
