When the Fresh & Furious Food Truck rolls into action at the Wilson Talent Center, it’s more than a lunchtime favorite—it’s a mobile classroom. Operated by students in the Culinary Arts & Hospitality program, the truck blends culinary creativity with business savvy and customer service finesse.

Each week, students handle every detail:
• Developing the menu
• Prepping ingredients
• Cooking to order
• Serving customers
• Managing payments
• And yes—even marketing the day’s specials

Recent hits include custom-loaded mac & cheese bowls with toppings like pulled pork, popcorn chicken, bacon, and broccoli. And for dessert? Banana pudding that has earned rave reviews and repeat customers.

But beyond the menu, the Fresh & Furious experience teaches students the soft skills and hustle it takes to thrive in the real world—teamwork, time management, communication, and composure under pressure.

It's one thing to learn in a kitchen lab. It’s another to step out, take a customer’s order, and deliver something great in real time. That’s when the learning sticks.

Bring your appetite—and your support for future chefs, entrepreneurs, and hospitality pros.
