The Beekman Center celebrated Valentine’s Day with a dance that truly captured the spirit of the day—connection, joy, and community.
On Friday afternoon, students and staff gathered in the gym where music filled the room and smiles were everywhere. From impressive dance moves to quiet moments of encouragement between friends and staff members, the celebration was about more than just the music—it was about being together.
For many students, events like this create meaningful opportunities to build social skills, strengthen relationships, and simply experience the fun of a shared celebration. Whether dancing in the center of the floor, clapping along to a favorite song, or enjoying the moment from the sidelines, everyone had a place in the celebration.
Beekman Center continues to create inclusive experiences that prioritize belonging and connection. The Valentine’s Day dance was a reminder that community isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we build, one joyful moment at a time.
Wishing everyone a happy Valentine’s Day filled with kindness and celebration.
