Last week, tenth graders from local districts visited the Wilson Talent Center to explore its wide range of career-focused programs. With guidance from current WTC students, guests toured classrooms, labs, and workspaces to get a feel for what learning looks like in fields like health science, cosmetology, culinary arts, and more.

The visit offered prospective students a unique, inside look at how WTC blends hands-on experience with academic instruction—preparing students for success in both college and career. Peer guides answered questions, demonstrated equipment, and shared why their programs matter to them, helping visitors imagine their own next steps.

From safety glasses to mannequin heads, students got a front-row seat to the kind of real-world learning that sets WTC apart.
