The Beekman Center was bursting with joy as students and staff came together for a fun-filled gym field day. The event featured a range of sensory and movement-friendly activities, including bubble play, parachute games, and a building-wide scavenger hunt.

The Beekman team designed the day to be accessible, engaging, and inclusive, creating opportunities for every student to participate and celebrate. From the pop of a bubble wand to the ripple of a rainbow parachute, every moment offered a chance to laugh, cheer, and connect.

Events like these not only support physical movement and sensory exploration—they also build community. With staff fully engaged alongside students, the Beekman field day embodied what it means to create meaningful, joyful learning environments for all.
