First- and second-year Culinary Arts students from the Capital Region Technical Early College (CRTEC) program visited the Michigan Culinary Institute to explore next steps in their culinary journey.
Hosted at the state-of-the-art facility inside the Gannon Building, the visit offered students a behind-the-scenes look at professional kitchens, industry-standard equipment, and hands-on training programs designed to launch successful careers in hospitality and the culinary arts.
